The Flaming Lips Zaireeka

Hi Fest, great to see you again. If I remember correctly, we talked a lot of years ago about the Flaming Lips and the early albums you preferred over the later ones. I remember we didn’t quite see eye to eye on that. I like them in all their forms, although their recent work has had a few missteps (too many collaborations...). Thanks for stopping by 🙂

The album, however, is really strong; it's not excluded that I might write something.

But does it have anything to do with the things of Pennacchi's poiana?

Beautiful, especially because, as someone from the deep south, I still understood everything (except for just two words). The common spirit of the wonderful Italic languages (our pride and wonder) allowed me to do so. Long live Italy!

Review happens only by setting myself up a bit as a Zen koan reader... I understood (or perhaps I misunderstood) that this writing has some connection to my editorial on colors. Anyway, I might be wrong, but it seems to me very, very beautiful (the writing).

Crazy and anarchic review just like the album. For now, I won't rate it, maybe later, I need to digest it. P.S. But really, the magic band, aside from Drumbo, couldn’t play?
Enzo Jannacci Tributo di un idiota a Jannacci (ovvero una classifica di gradimento dei suoi album)

It would have been nice to know what a Lombard and a songwriter from Milan like Jannacci would think about this whole Coronavirus story, about all the deaths, etc., etc. He would surely have written a great song about it. I don’t know him too deeply, but what I do know I find extraordinary. Then I read the "review."
