Ravel Concerto For Piano And Orchestra, in G Major

Thank you, Festwca, for the criticism, sincerely. You didn’t hesitate to express yourself, and that shows great intelligence. If you say it’s trivial and boring, I can’t dismiss the possibility that it might actually be so. Anyway, what I wrote was all genuine stuff and not written to shock; nor did I intend to undermine the pride of being Debaseriani with some of my thoughts. Until next time.

Anyway, with this genre bombardment you're doing, you're really intriguing me and sooner or later I'll listen to something. The review isn't bad.

Dear mementomori, regardless of whether you are, as everyone says, truly brilliant, it seems to me that your tastes are a bit monochord. I also really like existentialism. But, as Camus already said in his famous The Myth of Sisyphus, "there is only one truly serious philosophical problem: suicide." What I mean is, since you seem extremely sincere and truly (and solely) believe in the ultra-pessimistic message promoted by these groups (see the end of your beautiful review), I have a question for you (keep in mind that I am absolutely not a champion of optimism). Do you really think life is worth living, or is it better to end it all?

The terrible thing is that cannibalism is a dormant gene in each of us, in the DNA of the human species, which is activated only under very particular conditions. Essentially, as already taught by Heart of Darkness by Conrad or Ocean Sea by Baricco, we are all like onions, where each layer represents a group of social conventions that we wear more or less unconsciously, derived from the habit of living in a "civil" society. The outer layers are the easiest to lose (it doesn't take much, if we're angry, to stop greeting our neighbor). But, dig deeper, under certain conditions (see the description in Il Ventre del Mare that can be found in Ocean Sea by Baricco), you reach the hidden core of the onion, where you might kill your "neighbor," and even get to eat him.

Great review. In the trailer, I only saw a guy greedily sucking the little bit of flesh left between the fingers of a clearly human hand. Cannibals can also "teach you the distance from the stars," as De Andrè said, but watching that image is like looking through a keyhole into a room where centuries and centuries of dark and ancient secrets of the human mind are kept confined.

"One of the most significant songs in the history of mankind." Perhaps because you've never heard the pieces written by the Neanderthal man...!!

Oh mama of Carm'n.... Anyway, aside from the horrific cover, I must say you have intrigued me. Well done.
