I was about to review it myself, and now I’m reading this very well-written page. The free form requires the effort to tune into a different way of experiencing it; otherwise, it's unbearable, and it’s much better to opt for Coltrane’s ballads. However, if you can apply the concepts that you have clearly stated, then you travel in first class. At least trying is strongly recommended.

What a thrill, a review of the Czars, and a smashed-up one at that! (But weren't you just hearing a cacophony of multiple clangs?) The album is magnificent; I won't waste a word of my own because you've already said it all. I still prefer Before but longer, but perhaps that's for sentimental reasons. On the other hand, the Nostalgic Roots River Blues grunge-rock, as you taught me, can pierce through memory as if debris were raining down.
