Mono Hymn To The Immortal Wind

Mono-chords and harmless. Burial at the sea makes me want to listen to Along the banks of the river by Tortoise (speaking of post rock), to find a bit of truth. And still speaking of post rock, these guys seem to me like the Dream Theater of post rock, harmless indeed (provided that post rock is).
François Truffaut L'Histoire d'Adèle H. - Adele H. una storia d'amore

Great review (aside from the little spoiler), beautiful Isabelle Adjani, a fantastic film dominated by the sea and l'amour fou, Truffaut is, as always, the joy of cinema.

For heaven's sake! Now this is a real meatloaf! Exhausting, captivating, filled with pathos, just like all the films of this director. At times, it's incredibly delicate, in an Eastern manner, making it even more disorienting for the non-eye-rolling viewer. From the mentioned "Il gusto dell'anguria," I would highlight the last 20 minutes, one of the most beautiful endings in cinema in recent years.

Okay, the excusatio is mine, I will listen, kneeling on the chickpeas, to all of Masini ;)

The unrequested excuse at the beginning of a review is in questionable taste. Long live the possibility of tearing apart an album and its author, long live the possibility of contesting that Masini has made, before this one (which still got a 3), "rock pearls." Just remember that from a 4 and above there are people like De Andrè.

And what about a hoe intended as a tool?? Wouldn't that be an idea? The organetto at the end of Miss Fortune is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard; it alone would be enough to make it a legend.

Today's football is a business, a concentrate of vulgarity, a tool for social control, an enormous collective pacifier. Like all lowbrow cultural products with wide distribution, it tends to bring out the worst in human nature. And I'm not just talking about violence. I think of the stupidity of interviews with players, the silly comments from those in the know, the sports newspapers turning into reality show logs, the clichés splattered across the front page, the tendency to make heroes out of people who run after a ball and earn billions, the shame of San Siro for Maldini's celebration, the lifeless faces of the ultras. Today's football is the grave of thought, but no one will ever tell us that. It's more convenient not to undermine the toy. Or maybe no one quite gets it.

I listened to them in an appearance on Radio DJ, and I found them to be disgustingly superficial. If they don’t change, they will succeed.
