Yeah... These guys have shown that they can do much better than this album, which I consider only slightly better than Load. As for St. Anger, the prevailing opinion seems to stem from extremism. If one were to open their mind for just a moment, they would realize that with that album they have (partially, mind you) returned to the past.

I almost forgot: nothing personal.

Some of the worst flaws of a lot of people who happen to organize meetings on this site are all condensed in this review and in some comments. Just because someone doesn’t like a certain genre (which genre, by the way?) does not mean that they have the right to destroy it and speak poorly of it absolutely, denying that someone, like me, might actually enjoy the genre. Then there are people who, even though they may be right to say that the review is terrible, throw ignorance into the mix as the cause of this… forgetting that often it has nothing to do with the same person and therefore one cannot know if it is truly ignorance. I conclude my critique by saying that this is not the cover of the album in question, which I also have the original of, and in fact, it looks like the cover of "Dissimulate." Industrial Death Metal, not noise blah blah blah or others trying to draw comparisons with Slipknot (which is possible, but only through syllogisms).

It's true, I forgot it... Actually, I didn't notice it, and I still don't: the only thing they have in common is the genre; for the rest, it's a complete zero (I have quite a few of their records, and they're all worn out from my listening, in fact one has been in the stereo for years). Just trivial stuff then? Different perspectives.

Some mistakes, but not a bad review... To say that the album is one of the peaks of 2006 is reductive.

Thank you: I thought I was the worst in the world at ars scribendi, but after reading it, I regained a bit of self-esteem. Oops... I meant regained...

Damn, so it's really that time?... Alright, I’ll add that even here the concrete-headed types who say "mudvayne suck, sepultura are a myth" are not missing...

Among my favorite albums, this one is definitely included. Of course, I can see some better stuff in nu-metal... And anyway, perhaps a bit more in-depth analysis wouldn't have hurt.
