Antestor The Return Of The Black Death

I will probably never read the reply, but I’ll throw this out there.
In a world where true Christianity and real Christians no longer exist, except in rare cases, and especially among the youth there’s a tendency toward atheism or a "superficial" religion that has little of the religious, is it legitimate in terms of black metal to want to separate from the social fabric in the name of perhaps a pure and sincere Christianity, of a good that contrasts with the evil of the modern world? I don’t know, anyway, I’m not familiar with the type of Christianity that the antestor refer to, but it doesn’t seem impossible to have a Christianity that responds in times like these. Not to be pretentious and annoying, but I’m genuinely curious about what you think.

Apart from your views on Bush, you're great.

Apart from the fact that in an interview Argento said the opposite, namely that the only black influence he could have had is the Norwegian one because he has never listened to the Swedish. I didn't understand, I didn't mean to say that inventing new genres is a form of intellectualism, but I just meant that intellectualism is much better, even if it were forced, rather than a shabby desire to fit everything into schemes, which, by the way, only serve to deceive the gullible. The other day on the masterpiece website there was an ad for the reissue of this very album, and it defined it as Esoteric Black Metal. Who is wrong? Anyway, has anyone already got it? Because I read that it has a different booklet, is it nice? Are there the lyrics?

I didn't explain myself well; I didn't mean to say that inventing new genres is a form of intellectualism, but rather that intellectualism is much better, even if it were forced, than a sordid desire to fit everything into schemes, which, by the way, are only good for tricking the gullible. But to me it looks like gravel, not a wall, is it me who has vision problems or you?

And what would be, death in august, the "non-mediocre" philosophies? (without challenge or provocation, just out of curiosity and to chat)

"Occult black metal." You criticize its intellectualism so much and then get lost in bullshit like this, occult black metal? At least it doesn't get lost in similar, excuse me, bullshit. I didn't think you would also get caught up in inventing (or using) miserable and useless labels. Anyway, aside from that, on the musical side, I agree with fallen; I've never heard anything Norwegian or Swedish in it either. Salmacis, your "cult of Evola" is precisely that bourgeois personality cult that he criticizes. Clearly, you focus on form and not content. And after spitting out a few sentences, I’m off. Bye.

On the contrary, this is a masterpiece. Magnificent.

But in the end, was he foolish by nature or just pretending?

The worst review of debaser if we exclude the fake ones. Pathetic. Poor clash, you hear a bit of electronics and I bet you immediately fear being too mainstream. And I’d like to specify that your ignorance is not just at a musical level, as someone mentions in the first comments, but it’s total; "we're in the ’80s, a bit of the dark ages of contemporary light music and beyond," but are you serious? If you still think of the Middle Ages with the elementary school concept of a dark and decadent age, the decadent one is you. Then, considering what you meant, that the '80s were a dark period for music, you just make me laugh. Please stop doing reviews; one must understand what they’re suited for; if someone knows nothing about music, they shouldn’t be doing reviews.
