True!!!...shit is NOT = COMMERCIAL!!!!...there is commercial and commercial.....ST. ANGER I think is shit too, and as such I think it's not very commercial!!!..stop...

But the TRUE Stratovarius are only from Visions downward!!!!... before they weren't exactly melodic or sufficiently technical... to be honest, they can't even be compared to the technique with which Visions was composed... and then the Sonata can't be compared to Stratovarius, only vaguely on the recreated melodies, but in atmosphere and chill (or as I would say, "sborate")... very few compared to the now defunct STRATOVARIUS!!! sigh...

Well, indeed metal is an excellent style, but on its pure form it remains too isolated and lacking in stylistic initiatives... what has made it an open and contaminable style about "passion"... surely it’s just one group: DREAM THEATER!!!!... well, anyway, I think that Stratovarius have managed to recreate and redeem a style (power-neoclassical)... which, with Malmsteen, had fallen WAY BACK on musical innovation!!!... Sonata Arctica are more focused on melody than on a truly "new" sound wave!!!!...

I've been playing the drums for 3 years, the bass only recently... but the latter gives me more satisfaction, which I consider my true passion!!!... Malmsteen also records the bass, believe me, but he plays it like a guitar in the octave, meaning he sometimes does the exact same scales flipped in picking on the bass!!!... I'd call that a mess!!! I hear many people say and make statements like: the bass is simpler than the guitar!!... fuck all these guys!!!!!...
