1) Hammett is among my favorite guitarists… and he’s a guitarist with what you might call attributes no.1… KICKASS SOLOS THAT GRAB YOU IN THE SOUL AND MAKE YOU MOSH LIKE A CRAZY PERSON (see Kill 'em all!!)... 2) Malmsteen is the most: arrogant, egocentric, bro-like, swine, with the least musical and harmonic taste I have ever listened to!... Satriani is a legend in technique and musical soul, Petrucci a God in taste and speed!... then lately Malmsteen has also become a lost cocaine addict!

But look, Myung doesn't not feel it just because Portnoy and Petrucci make a racket... because they don't really do it at all... it all depends on the volumes... and then I guarantee you this is true, once I did a concert with 5 electric guitars, a nearly thrash metal drum set, and my bass sounded wonderfully... maybe thanks to some really skilled technicians, but I don't think the Dream Theater don't have any good ones, maybe it's Myung who wants his bass at that volume, there's no other solution!... Anyway, I noticed something, on the "live scenes from new york" CD, Myung's bass is barely audible, in the DVD of the same concert it sounded fantastically good!... WHY?
