Nice analysis, and I obviously agree with everything you've written. Let's wait for the Director's Cut for an even more complete experience. [ but it's "sadism," not "sadism" :-) ]
Federico Fellini Satyricon
Voto:
The film has little or nothing to do with the eponymous novel, betraying even its playful and ironic spirit in favor of a funereal and anguishing vision. That's better, because what emerged is a beautiful film, which cannot be said about the more sunny and carefree "Satyricon" by Gian Luigi Polidoro, released just a few months before Fellini's film. Due to its fragmented construction and decadent/mortuary charm (as the reviewer nicely summarized), it can be considered a dress rehearsal for "Casanova di Federico Fellini" (1976), which is even more captivating, an absolute masterpiece of world cinema.
Paul McCartney Memory Almost Full
Voto:
Great review. The album is a bit bland, but there are pleasant songs like "Dance Tonight," "Only Mama Knows," and "You Tell Me," although the true masterpiece is the beautiful "House of Wax." The issue isn't so much the production (pleasantly "dirty," even though Kahne is by no means Godrich), but rather the lack of catchy melodies in the proverbial style of the best McCartney. However, it must be said that Paul reaffirms himself (as if that were necessary) as a skilled multi-instrumentalist and extraordinary performer, with a voice that barely shows the signs of almost 65 springs, which younger singers can only dream of having.
Radiohead My Iron Lung

I agree that this EP is a minor episode in the band's career, but "Punchdrunk lovesick singalong" is one of the most beautiful songs that Radiohead have ever written, at least in my opinion.

I'm not a fan of football... the problem is that you hear that song everywhere now, whether you like it or not.

The song is "Siamo una squadra fortissimi"... sorry, I thought it was obvious.

This review is also available on the website www.Rockol.it, slightly modified (for better or worse, let the readers judge) to make it seem original, by someone named Paola Maraone. Not that I particularly care about it, but I would like to understand if it’s just my impression.
