Kansas Point Of Know Return

I'm falling in love with Kansas. Leftoverture might be better, but this is a fantastic album, from the haunting "Dust in the Wind" to the majesty of the title track. A brilliant band and a major gap finally filled. The review is great too, concise yet complete in its own way.

It's certainly not what I want to do, let's be clear about that. But cinema is and must be both things, that's all. Take care. ;-)

No, it’s not that it was a criticism... they are just small, fuzzy points, that’s all. Anyway (my rating of the review proves it), you expressed your opinion, that’s fine. Also, I appreciated the fact that the analysis was limited to just one film... Can I ask you a favor? If that’s the case, please don’t review Braveheart!!

Besides, for the movies you don't like, you pick out horrendous posters, come on...

Raw and intense like few... The review is beautiful too. I'll refrain from the discussion because I don't feel like talking about it.

With all due respect, Poletti, but this time I can’t agree. Star Wars is legendary; whether you think it’s unoriginal, confusing, megalomaniacal, whatever you want, it’s legendary. And the five sequels and prequels are a valuable addition. I give you credit for your arguments, not that they’re forced, I admit; but one thing you need to understand: cinema is not just Kubrick, Von Trier, or some cold genius (?) from Japan. Cinema is and MUST also be entertainment and passion; Obi-Wan Kenobi, Aragorn, and Alan Grant are characters whose adventures truly make us dream and suffer, even if it’s just for films that some might consider unworthy. This isn’t a polemic, just a ā€œreleaseā€: I love Star Wars and I’m proud of it! Regards.
