Anyway, it’s not true that Nirvana are mythologized and untouchable, while the poor Bon Jovi are not. Nirvana helped to give visibility to alternative music, but that doesn’t mean everything they touched turned to gold. The MTV Unplugged, for example, in my opinion isn’t that great… but in any case, it’s way better than any Bon Jovi album. Then again, whatever, to each their own.
