I just heard a performance of Bach by F. Gulda on Radio 3 yesterday – he’s also known for "twisting" interpretations in a very personal way – they were saying (if I heard correctly) that years ago at one of his concerts, a very upset audience member left yelling at him: "whore!". I really like Brahms, especially when I feel a bit like Ingrid Bergman :D
