No no Marco, I agree with you, I also didn't particularly appreciate that work on Vivaldi, in fact I recommend downloading only the video "Sky Overture," which I think you will find very interesting and beautiful!

Hey Marco, I just published a review of "Time Odyssey" by Vinnie Moore, you can't miss it! I'm looking forward to seeing you soon, and anyone who wants to comment on it is welcome, of course even you Matt! In the end, the important thing is to have a passion for the instrument, then rightly everyone has their own preferences.

A sincere thank you to dreamwarrior and Enrico for the vote on the review, I’m really happy you enjoyed it! "Time Odyssey" is truly a hidden gem, and I recommend everyone listen to it, especially take a moment to appreciate the beauty of "As Time Slips By"; forget Romeo, Angelo and company, that’s pure class!

No Adriano, without falling into insults, which is always the wrong way to talk and confront, I really believe you are confusing the Rainbow with another group. I don't recall the song you mentioned, and I really don't think it belongs to them. Instead, try listening to "Catch the Rainbow," and you'll see that you'll have to recognize the greatness of the group.

Hey Enrico, hi! Taking the opportunity to say hello, I wanted to inform you that my review of Uli Jon Roth has been published, and also one on Vinnie Moore. I hope you can read them when you get the chance; your opinion is always welcome! The same goes for bluesman (I know you like Vinnie Moore, and that’s why I decided to give this great guitarist the right visibility!). See you soon, bye!

Look, the Cooley - Angelo issue is quite controversial; there are those who think exactly the opposite of you. Honestly, I don't make distinctions; to me, they are both guitarists of very little value, and I stand by that. Thank you for the review feedback.

The "Sky Overture" in particular is truly stunning, you can't miss it; by the way, Don Airey is also on keyboards!

Marco, since we have very similar musical tastes when it comes to guitar, I recommend you check out Uli Roth's official website www.ulijonroth.com when you get the chance. In the "archives" section, you'll find his clips; one is "Sky Overture" and the other is an orchestral piece "Venga la primavera" from Vivaldi's "Le Quattro Stagioni." They take a bit of time to download, but I’m sure you’ll be thrilled, believe me, it’s worth it! Bye and talk soon.

Well Marco, you ask me what I think... I think it's quite a sterile discussion! You were absolutely right to talk about the numbers regarding Malmsteen's speed, just as Mista did a great job in reminding us that Malmsteen plays those notes with that sound (meaning that every note is distinctly heard!!). I’ve already expressed my opinion on Petrucci; I don’t question his technique, but the fact that it's a technique serving a music that doesn’t say much. And the undeniable fact is that in front of a great event like G3, he clearly showed he couldn’t do anything other than beautiful, blazing alternate picking—rather little to stand up to giants like Vai or Satriani. I don’t really consider clones, then even Chris Impellitteri was very good, listen to "Stand in Line", but what value can someone have who is just a poor imitation or double of a true talent? Posteris ardua sententia.
