So it seems I've misread the connection between WASP and black and death, that must be it, it's all an illusion... but is it true that you only listen to God and W.A.S.P.?

political issues????? what the heck are you talking about???? I'm talking about music and Striscia la Notizia gave the tapir to Vanna Marchi and to an infinity of people who have nothing to do with politics! I'm just saying that if you're writing a review, at least you should know what you're talking about, here it's worse than the other, at least there you were just biased, here instead you made up things that exist only in your mind!

Eh, but I'm just into that and hard rock, where do you see death or black?

Do you see that you're writing nonsense? W.A.S.P. span "from glam metal to death, from British Metal to Black, from the hardest heavy to the most melodic and melancholic rock." When has that ever happened???? What were you smoking when you wrote this review? What do W.A.S.P. become for you, a container for everything? Are they also pop, a bit funky jazz, progressive, and maybe reggae? Come on, how is that even possible? This subject deserves the golden tapir.

Marco, do you remember Impellitteri? Stand in Line was an album with Bonnet on vocals, and the guitar, while blatantly cloned from Malmsteen, wasn't bad. It's also the one that features Over The Rainbow, mistakenly attributed by some to Malmsteen.

Look, dreamwarrior, among those you mentioned, the only valid one is Patrick Rondat, but I don’t consider him to be technically superior to Malmsteen. He does, however, have the merit of having a very refined style, and I particularly liked his debut, Just for Fun. But Stump, Howe, and Romeo don’t impress me much. The former brutally copies Malmsteen but without any creative gift; it’s “100% educational.” The second plays fast scales, but technique is something else, and the third uses effects that make my ears hurt! Look, if I really have to listen to a clone of Malmsteen, I think the best one remains Criss Impellitteri, but I much prefer the original, both for the sound, the clarity, etc....

I completely agree with Mista and Marco, Metropolis is absolutely overrated.

Yes, I listened to that demo! Well, Malmsteen at the beginning of his career showed a unique talent, he is probably a missed genius, in the sense that he didn't know how to manage that natural gift that, in electric guitar, I believe no one has ever had.

to me, a genius is as far removed from Petrucci as possible, but I repeat, these are just opinions. If I really have to see flashes of genius in electric guitar, then I have to refer back to Hendrix.
