I’ll tell you, I didn’t include them a bit intimidated by the industrial streak... sure, if I listened to them, even through some simplifications, I could convince myself and then the inclusion on the list would happen automatically... (this happened with some reviews of odradek, on records a bit distant from my musical horizon, but which I then fell in love with after micro-listening to the snippets). In the end, I feel that Spielberg will contact me to make a black-and-white film titled "Wanderer's List" ;-)
Gato Barbieri The Third World

Yes, a challenging album but one that expands the feeling of enjoyment with every listen, as one delves deeper into Gato's saxophone language. Good review and compliments for the choice.

The tiny sound spores that sound as natural as a chamber orchestra intrigue me greatly (anztziquenò). The cover, however, is good for practicing for the eye tests for renewing the driver's license ;-)

Gold that flows, from the record and the review. What magic Trane on the soprano!

European piano school? Petrucciani and Solal? I haven't heard it yet, and I already like it.
Piccola Orchestra Avion Travel / Fabrizio Bentivoglio La Guerra Vista Dalla Luna (operina musicale in un atto)

Excellent review for a very interesting and talented ensemble, capable of shaping never trivial projects: unfortunately, I never experienced the spark that would make me love and nurture them.
