Well, let's just say I was unsure whether to send it or not (it looks like it's written by a grade school kid), but in the end: it won't even stay on home for a day... If you catch them live (which I find extremely unlikely), you HAVE to come back here and share something.

Antmo, for apocalyptic folk, I think of "White Light etc. etc." by Swans (which, by the way, is an amazing album), not this stuff.

"Brickiness" is a prerogative of the genre. For me, the first Ash Ra Tempel is also a brick, which I consider one of the absolute peaks of the genre. I must say that the La Otracina indeed have some interesting ideas; I’m reminded of a guitar deviation within the penultimate track. It's not just a revival, that much seems obvious to me. The Blues Control album is very nice but more challenging. // On TeePee, I really appreciate the Titan but especially the Assemble Head in Sunburst Sound (not to mention the reissue of Dopesmoker and the reprint of the first High on Fire). The Warlocks are on the way, and they don’t seem too bad...

They resemble: as far as I know, no one. I posted a sample. @Overkill: in my humble opinion, this, after Nail, is the best work of Sir J.C. Thirlwell. Enjoyable, I wouldn't say, rather indigestible even if "captivating." By the Australian master, also have Sink, a sort of Best Of of singles, EPs, b-sides, assorted rarities that is obviously very heterogeneous but has some truly Oscar-worthy tracks.

Totally superfluous and a bit brick-like. But since it's "krautrock," we can't deny the 3. Holy Mountain is doing well: among them, Om, Residual Echoes, Six Organs of Admittance, and other post-psychonauts, there's only the embarrassment of choice. Marked by a retro psychedelic rock that never veers into stoner. Good job.

It points out to me: Back Yard Train is an amazing blues, but it's a cover by Creedence Clearwater Revival. The BoB add a dose of fierce lycanthropy to it.
