Neil Young Chrome Dreams II
Voto:
The album is very good, a mishmash of various things fished here and there (perhaps randomly...) from the well-stocked shelves of the little house in Canada. As it has done a thousand times before, like it hadn't done in a while. The review is a double one and it’s a track-by-track (pardon, no offense) incredibly boring.

In my opinion, Let Us Prey is a mind-blowing psychedelic trip with some of the best tracks from Jus, but that's obviously a matter of taste. As for the last aspect, I'm getting the ciddì. I wouldn't say disappointment, but we are definitely below the old classics (obviously).

@chupa: I wouldn't stop at Dopethrone. Let Us Prey is also a great piece of work, you know.

I really don't like this ultra-doom post-metal spacetime at all. I stop at Electric Wizard. Speaking of which: the new LP (which, by the way, is very nice but nothing to tear your hair out over) is £25 in preorder. Whatever.

Sorry, but I really didn't like the review. The song, well. I don't know the B-side.
Ozric Tentacles Erpland

Damn, the Ozric are super boastful. They are indigestible to me, but I can understand the lavish praise. I still prefer the krauts anyway.

Uhm, I do have a few albums to suggest. But, given the experts that hang around here, it's better to let them have the floor. I wouldn’t want to shoot my mouth off.

Lately, a blooming of 60s pearls on DeB. How lovely!
Neil Young Journey Through the Past (Soundtrack)

Absolutely agree on everything. With this album, he enters his best (or worst, depending on your perspective) period. All in all, it's not a bad live recording.
