UHm, I couldn't say how original it is or how much it sounds like something I've already heard. What is certain is that the album, in its enormous heaviness (overwhelming guitars and cosmic melancholy atmospheres), is quite digestible. Well done.

The latest High On Fire is, in my opinion, a monstrous bomb, much better than this one from EW. It takes a while to get into the wicked groove, but once it sinks under your skin... (with the caveat that Art of Self Defense is unbeatable and a whole other story). Hibernaculum by Earth is equally beautiful (I think even more than HEX) and I can't wait for the new "L'Ape ha Smielazzato nel Teschio del Leone" (or something like that) which promises great things (did you read the preview on the Southern Lord website?). As for Wizard: all unmissable EXCEPT for We Live and the latest one. Other pentagram doom albums that have come out recently: Witchcraft.

It's better than We Live, but all the others are at least one step above. Ah, of course, among the most beautiful things I've heard lately, ça va sans dire. Z-grade horror and some clichéd riffs, but the charisma is still there.

Uhmmmm, three stars in my opinion is too much. They're okay. By the way: damn, how beautiful are the Assemble Head in Sunburst Sound.

Imagine ema, it was just the outburst of an old shrew :) I said it, better a duplicate of Nothingface than the 300000000000th review of Pink Floyd. Maybe I chose the wrong page to complain, but I certainly don't step foot on those of Dark Side. Haloah. (PS: Fest, not fast ;) )

Well, yes, holy Christ! And it's also true: better the Voivod than yet another on Harvest or Fun House (with all due respect for those records). But, damn! How about the self-titled one from 2003, for example? Why not talk about that?

@Alessio: yes, but (keeping the distances in mind) both Fugazi and Red Hot have been significantly influenced by the Minutemen.
