Boris Heavy Rocks
Voto:
Damn, the new Boris is madness. There’s a beating on the cojones of tank-tread electronics and filthy fuzz at insane volumes on tracks that have neither head nor tail. A spectacle.
Steve Von Till As The Crow Flies

Hell yeah for the dark magma and the swamp!
Ufomammut + Lento Supernaturals: Record One
Voto:
Magmatic review (I didn't get to the end). The album seems more like a jam session between the two bands rather than a composed work (but I could be wrong). It's still heavy stuff, anyway.

Yeah, the album rocks but it's pretty cliché. Who has caught a whisper of the upcoming Smile?
Buffalo Volcanic Rock
Voto:
They don't remind me of Mars Volta (thankfully) but I really like them. It's a bit of a scattered album but with some killer riffs and super acid. Too bad it's only available as an import from Japan.
Lenny Kravitz It Is Time For A Love Revolution
Voto:
But I wonder, oh great Antmo: have you listened to all of Lenny's records??? What made you do that? Uh, I think I know the answer...
The Mars Volta The Bedlam In Goliath
Voto:
Well, in the end, I don't know why I listened to it (De-Loused had quite disappointed me): it's terrible. Sorry, but I really think this stuff is awful. Self-indulgent, pretentious, contrived. Basically: terrible. De-gusti.
Earth The Bees Made Honey In The Lion's Skull

The video attached to Hibernaculum has no subtitles, so I grasped more or less half of the concepts. Nevertheless, it's Dylan Carson explaining the philosophy of the drone.

Yeah. Equally cool in the heavy scene: Flower Travellin' Band, Night Sun. What do you think?
