Did you cut this out from Blow Up too?

@psychopompe: I'm sorry, but it doesn't really seem to me that "Here they dive into the almost tribute to the most hypnotic kraut, but without ever being derivative." The first track is IDENTICAL to Tortoise, and this stuff Tortoise was doing 10 years ago inspired by Neu. The second one is derivative cosmic emptiness tainted by derivative electronic farting. The third is Neu with many more overlapping effects. Everything is quite nice, but who knows. "Thirty-nine minutes that fly by for nothing," says my girlfriend. I think this time they missed the mark a bit. Or rather, for once they've come out with a rather forgettable album.

I would recommend Vol. 1 by Wooden Shjips (watch out, because it's very different from the self-titled album that came out last year!): the same kraut stuff on loop as Preeten Weaponry, but sharper and with fewer balls falling on the ground and rolling who knows where.
Melvins The Bootlicker

Basically, they're just the Melvins with the distortions turned off.

The Oneida are always the Oneida, and this album is a nice deviation, very Neu, but... this whole jam thing doesn’t sit well with me. The trend among musicians in the mp3 era is: getting fed up with writing and just diving into 20-minute pieces, looped stuff, drugs, free downloadable promos, etc... Then a trilogy, of which the second chapter is a triple album. There are abundant rolling balls to anticipate.

"Sweet, sincere and measured sound"? Come on, they rock at least as hard as Leaf Hound. A classic of vintage stoner rock.

Now that I think about it, even the latest Iron Will by Grand Magus is a decent slice of retro metal.

You framed them really well.

Lucifer's Friend don't mean anything to me, but I only know the self-titled album.
Dead Man Euphoria

In my opinion, the Dead Man are really beautiful!
