Look, I absolutely ADORE the so-called "brick songs," I couldn't ask for anything better than long and complex spiritual compositions. But does The Transfiguration have any real "songs"?

uh-uh, I'm going to listen to this TODAY. Is it okay to start with Fahey?
Twink Think Pink
Voto:
Yes, but it was already there. You could have reviewed one of the albums you mentioned (I know, I'm a pain). Anyway, great review, and I guess I have to listen to these Twink at this point.

You are right to a certain extent, because the major Italian bands do exist. Look at the Zu, the Pankow, on this page they mention the Uzeda (whom I have never heard of and will make sure to listen to). However, the Aftehours have been a bit too derivative lately, there’s no denying that.

So, Lullaby Land is undoubtedly their masterpiece. A mega-frantic and shapeshifting collage of crazy samples and avant-garde music. It's beautifully challenging but leaves you in awe from the very first listen. "Clockseed" is also amazing, more compact and homogeneous but still brilliant.

Come on Jim Morrison and Poletti, let’s avoid making fun. We’re talking about music; let’s recommend some albums for senior86 to listen to. DeBaser serves this purpose, right?

Uhm, senior86 from what you’re saying it seems you’ve never heard a “true” masterpiece. There are plenty of albums that “offer a higher pathos” than The Joshua Tree, don’t worry.

DESERVED SUCCESS of "Thriller"?!?!?! Come on....

Come on, in the end it's not that bad. Of course, Poletti really didn't make the "due proportions" very well to give this album a 5.
