Laughing Hyenas You Can't Pray A Lie

But how come I don't know them? I'll fix that immediately. Let's go with the 80s underground!!!

Well, for me Spiderland is on another planet compared to those records. I totally agree with Stoopid, it's a completely different category, no doubt about it. That's one of the 5 most beautiful albums of the 90s; but what am I saying, in the history of rock, it's something sublime.
Royal Trux Hand Of Glory

"Tremendously useless": that's what I think of them. Maybe I haven't entered their world yet, as you say. Anyway, yesterday I listened to Veterans again, great album, no doubt about it. Antmo, I have Twin Infinitives, Royal Trux (92), Accelerator, and Veterans; what would you recommend next? Should I go for Cats & Dogs?
Furry Things The Big Saturday Illusion

Damn, I just missed a copy on eBay for 1.60 euros. A debaserian bought it, for sure!

Those crazy Texans drive me wild, mixing noise, degraded blues, and off-kilter psychedelia. I absolutely need to check out these Furry Things.

Royal Trux don't completely convince me. (Given that I find Twin Infinitives an unbearable lump of an album) Veterans and Accelerator seem to me to be two records of great rock, but not particularly essential, and the same goes for the self-titled one (the 92 one, I don't know the other). Anyway, welcome back Antmo, it's always a pleasure to read your pages.
Killdozer Intellectuals Are The Shoeshine Boys Of The Ruling Elite/Snakeboy

Anyway, these Killdozer are interesting. Then if you mention the Butthole and the Lizard and say that they were also signed to T&G, I'm downloading. Thanks.

Yes to crazy copying, as long as something is bought afterwards. I agree with buying abroad: if everyone refused to shop in stores (because it’s not worth it), they would have to lower the prices of CDs. And they’re already doing that, fortunately. CDs on sale are dropping from 9.90¤ to 7.90¤, and it’s becoming increasingly common to find new releases at 15¤. Still a lot compared to the USA, but it’s already something. Don’t buy at full price in stores!

Irony, you say? I didn't hear it; they just seemed self-satisfied to me. I guess I'll have to listen to the little record again. Actually, no :)
