Actually, there hasn't been anything after '67.

A Fahey of sampling: Foetus, or Daniel Vahnke (Vampire Rodents). Contamination, yes, although I must admit that Matmos don't grab me...

Why can't sampling wizards be artists just as much as a guitar player?

I don't know them. But this negative review allows me to get one of their old records.

Gentlemen, this record is incredible. The VR are an immense group (and what a name, Vampire Rodents: it perfectly embodies their spirit). And shall we talk about the cover (taken from a certain book called Kiyomi)? @Bartlebroom: Lovecraft, yes of course, what a blunder. The story was "I Topi Nel Muro" (beautiful, by the way). @editors: could you kindly correct such an unforgivable oversight? Greetings to all the very kind debaseriani. All VR compositions are Sample Based Compositions (SBC). So wake up and smell it folks!

Come to think of it, even Zaireeka doesn't convince me, when all is said and done. There's never an opportunity to listen to it.

I just don't get the ‘90s FLs, what do they have that's so special? I have their entire discography up to Soft Bulletin, and the only album I listen to from the '90s onwards is Hit To Death. This one might be the one I like the least overall. They just don't grab me, I don't know what to do about it.
