Vampire Rodents Premonition
Voto:
Right now on eBay there’s someone selling Lullaby Land, Clockseed, and Premonition. The prices aren’t exactly affordable, but Premonition has never been seen original anywhere....

I'm joking, what? Sorry, but I don't understand you. Don't you know that Pentagram come straight from the early '70s? Chaotic and useless music, but whatever.

You know what I’m saying? That now I’m going to listen to this album. It’s going to end up that I’m going to complete the entire discography :)

Chaotic and useless Pentagrams? But don’t you like Black Sabbath?

Reevaluate it? I still need to listen to it! I have five records from RTrux (I don’t know why): Twin Infinitives, the second self-titled one, Thank You, Accelerator, and Veterans of Disorder. I don’t intend to delve deeper; they seem like a truly pointless and superfluous band to me (even though occasionally I enjoy listening to the last two). You say they paved the way for avant-rock? In my opinion, nobody understood that brick of an album, Twin Infinitives, and the few heirs it left behind, obsessed with the so-called "deconstruction," insist on giving value to things that have none. Anyway, it’s just a matter of taste :)

You quote me backward. I mean, a very negative review?

"Now let's move on to the actual review": a list of the tracks?

Excellent review. Of course, you could have spared us phrases like "only progressive rock could..." or the comment on post-77, which in my opinion only shows a lack of information about what music has produced after that date. But that's been discussed plenty already, don't make me start all over again ;)

Great, great, and I would say that the album is worth a listen. We all need to get our ears and brains smashed every once in a while.

I don't know, I'm torn about Royal Trux. Useless, unlistenable, yet they have something. It goes in phases: sometimes they say something to me, other times they seem like a waste of time. Right now, I find them dispensable...
