Carla Bruni Comme si de rien n'était

inconsistent character! A while ago, they proclaimed (just to stir up some gossip) "life is too short to commit to a single partner forever." Now they play the devoted wife at the courts of the world, always previously scantily clad and now in a queen's suit, how one changes for "love," certainly that of the president...
Tunng Good Arrows

The Tunng are a British band associated with the Folk-tronic genre, featuring a sombre and melancholic sound, often compared to Mums or Psapp. Their pieces flow like a tape imbued with images of loving calm that are sometimes trivial, sometimes passionate. Piano and dulcimer are paired with various samples, wooden instruments, acoustic guitars, and rhythms that may remind one of Four Tet. Their music, at times dark and ancient, almost decadent, is accompanied by choral and pastoral lyrics—not children of flowers but of an entire garden. This is their third album, sometimes excellent in its intimacy, sometimes a bit dull. It's strange to imagine Mike Lindsay as a guitarist in a thrash metal band; my favorite track is "Secrets," while "Bullets" is perhaps the weakest. An album for all those moments when it isn't raining; a vast, sunlit meadow is, in my opinion, the perfect association.

I can picture her... as I already mentioned in my review, she is a queen on stage and for now, she has stopped time.

Thank you all for the visit.. "Maxinquaye" is a masterpiece and repeating it after a while is never easy, this is definitely different, but for me the fabric isn't finished, @psychopompe don't get stuck in the memories, you have to listen to it, bye Viv.

Among the names you've listed as references, I would have also included an Italian one at random, De André, curious "Il fiato corto di Milano," a bit outside his repertoire, but beautiful.
