Ringo Starr Bad Boy
Voto:
I quote the tenant from upstairs: back then, Ringo was more interested in other things, and he was a more convincing actor than a singer; I remember that a few years after "Bad Boy," the film "Caveman" came out, which he made with his wife Barbara Bach. I also know that during those years Ringo, who I believe was going through a terrible time, recorded a children's album (Scouse the Mouse), which deserves a review.
Ringo Starr Ringo's Rotogravure
Voto:
I don't know the album, but I think it's one of the usual miracles of Ringo from the second half of the '70s, who, amidst drinking and various shenanigans, managed to record something decent. I doubt that Lennon was a slave to drugs in '76; he had already retired to private life to dedicate himself to his son. Aside from this reservation, the review is, as always, essential and interesting.
Elton John Reg Strikes Back
Voto:
Through this album, I discovered Elton John at the tender age of 13. Pleasant and well-made, balanced between ballads and livelier tracks, it doesn’t seem to have aged poorly.
Chris Bell I Am The Cosmos

Every night I tell myself,
"I am the cosmos,
I am the wind"
But that don't get you back again.
Cristiano De André De Andrè Canta De Andrè

Agreed with primiballi. I've already expressed my views on the album in the other review.

I also stood still at To Venus & Back, with no major regrets... am I wrong?
Ernesto Che Guevara Diario del Che in Bolivia

As they say: in cauda stat venenum. This review reminds me of the CEO's congratulatory speeches to the employees with a final fart.
Prefab Sprout Let's Change The World With Music

Among the best in their genre... There was so much complaining about the vulgarity of the '80s, and look where we've ended up!
Ken Loach Il Mio Amico Eric

I join Kosmogabri.
Droste Scatola di Cioccolato

Ingredients for a relaxing afternoon: a beautiful illustrated book of vintage advertisements, "Ummagumma," disc 1 on the turntable, and two or three boxes of "Droste" discs.
