After the first two albums, I think he lost his way a bit. I’ve always been drawn to his irony and never banal lyrics, as well as his refined and never obvious musical solutions, which allow him to stand out in the overwhelming mediocrity (at times, he echoes Battiato, even though the Master of Ionia has, of course, a different depth). The rating is one of encouragement and trust.

Overall, a modest record that certainly had a notable impact, but I believe more due to the merit of the Fab Four than the music itself. Some productions by the Shadows released in the '60s-'61 seem to me more "ahead" ("Apache" and "F.B.I."). From a musical perspective, the 4 beetles would have taken off from "Help!".

Fulci is a fucking genius, but this film, which has some masterful scenes (the ending in particular), I just can’t stand it (in front of tarantulas, entrails, worms I’d rather be like Emily). I prefer him when he focuses on thrillers or bloody westerns.
