Mark Knopfler Shangri-La
Voto:
I find myself in Joe Cavalli's positions, albeit in a less radical way. Knopfler creates music that is pleasant to listen to, but it hardly holds up for the length of an entire album. Nice idea of a supporting DVD not centered solely on himself.
Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds Henry's Dream
Voto:
Very gloomy! Perhaps a review that is a bit too emphatic, but effective. Rating based on trust.
Raymond Carver Principianti
Voto:
I read a few stories here and there, in English, years ago. I was struck by its essential quality, but I never delved deeper, caught up in the classics and non-fiction.
Roberto Vecchioni Bei Tempi
Voto:
You are right. Vecchioni's discography is quite consistent, but the reviews of his works are few. This is a transitional album, neither good nor bad. The Vecchioni of the '80s is the one I like the least, due to its inconsistency and albums that are sometimes not adequately produced ("Milady" has great songs and terrible arrangements).
Ingmar Bergman L'Ora Del Lupo
Voto:
I didn't know him. A captivating review for a pitch-dark film. Ingmar Bergman was a master, and here he abundantly demonstrates it, leaving more to the imagination than showing it outright.
Popol Vuh Hosianna Mantra
Voto:
Agreed with Madcat.
Focus In Concert
Voto:
I would have liked to be there.
Club Dogo Che Bello Essere Noi

But has the Accademia della Crusca abolished punctuation? As for the record, let’s skip it all.
Current 93 Where The Long Shadows Fall
Voto:
But how many have they made?
