Interpol Antics
Voto:
The fact that Interpol are "derivative" (but the same is said about various Franz Ferdinand, Strokes... yet everyone shouts miracle...) doesn't take away from the value of an album like "Antics": definitely less immediate than "Turn on...", but decidedly more mature. Great on the first listen, stunning after giving it more attention. On December 3rd at the Rainbow, the live test, but I already know it won't disappoint me.

No no no no no, easycure I completely disagree with your review. Honestly, this is one of the best albums I've come across in quite a while: at a time when rock tends to simplify itself into predetermined patterns, I find that the FF manage to establish their own style without falling into the "already heard a thousand times" trap. Placing them halfway between Strokes and Interpol seems, at the very least, limiting. Great album!

Silent Man, what do you say we let it go? You're really not cut out for this kind of stuff. Review Italian grammar and then we'll talk about it again...
