Fabri Fibra Applausi per Fibra
Voto:
It's simple: Hip-Hop in Italy doesn't have an identity, but it forces kids to assume an identity that they don't even know what the hell it refers to, since it's not spontaneous. The problem is that I disliked Fabri Fibra even before this album; in Italy, listen to the MCs from your own cities at neighborhood jams if there are any, and then start talking about rap... but people like this guy, who seems like he's doing cabaret, I can't stand them... Long live PUBLIC ENEMY!

the mess that isn't this cd, or at least the single, is something unique because no one had ever approached music like this...

Doctor J, but your name sounds a lot like Aqua... hehe! Anyway, I don’t like them now, but I recognize their greatness. In the past, between definitely and the first month of be here now, they were among my favorites for the reasons mentioned above. But then certain things change (my tastes). However, if I happen to listen to them (I would never dare to do so willingly), sometimes I even enjoy it.

It's a great shame that I never listened to them, but you gave me a hint..

Do you realize what the Deftones concerts would be like if Chino didn't dive into the audience at every live show? I really don't care about Oasis...

Anyway, on a critical note, I believe the latest album by Oasis somewhat recalls the Velvet Underground, at least more than the Strokes, who according to music critics are the ones who come closest to these legends...

Oh yes... the brutal one is in it... but maybe you don't believe that doing a bit of headbanging and not actually doing it but playing well is the same? Even Slipknot go crazy on stage but if he can't sing, it's a shitty concert; if you play and don't even let yourself be carried away a bit by the music you've created, it means you're just pumped. Instead, if you play and move around, then you're putting on a show. Maybe you just need to play and do whatever the hell you want on stage, speaking of "normal" bands... hehe.

Doctor J yesterday on Jimmy, a channel on Sky, I saw a concert of Oasis in Manchester from this year where the stage design was grandiose, it looked like Christmas with all the lights. Then I bought There and Then, which has some really beautiful live performances in my opinion. I also saw them in Bologna during the Be Here Now tour where the stage design was discreet, reflecting various elements from the CD cover, but they don’t put on a circus show; they play guitars, rock out, and sing. What more can they do to make the live performances better, jump around, do water aerobics...? What do you expect from people who sometimes get tired of performing, but when they do, they do it big? And they’re not the only ones... Look at Radiohead who put on spectacular live shows packed with effects, yet I don’t think they move much on stage... I’m sorry, but I don’t get what you want from live shows?

Hey know-it-all, listen for me, PUMPIT, call Metallica who are worth nothing compared to other metal bands, not Oasis who are at the top in BRIT POP...
