First of all, congratulations for the courage to review such a delicate and difficult-to-explain album. I had thought about it too, but honestly, I wouldn't have been up to the task. Everything you say aligns perfectly; it's a beautiful album, hard to make and to feel. Kudos to Alan for bringing together two very contrasting genres. However, I still prefer the earlier works (Idrology, etc.), even if they are much rougher and simpler.

Here we go! To the third review, someone who talks a bit about the songs! What the hell, on this site you read everything except music! And since when do they include movies!!!"? What the hell are you aiming for? Kudos to the cringy review, but at least there's a minimal idea of the album!

In my opinion, even though some songs are very similar to previous ones, there is still a sense of novelty in terms of composition. Of course, the stamp is the same! Tracks like The Racing Rats (the best), When Anger Shows, and Spider are definitely not rubbish. A decent album, but a notch above the crap that goes around daily!

After three listens, the album jumped out on its own. During the first listen, I was already starting to cry. Instead, it does not disappoint. The cover is still original when compared to a band like them. A bit of mystery is needed. The review is very coherent and well-written. Well done!

But what can I say, it's hard to argue with you. Even though for me it’s not that bad up until "Heart Shaped Glasses," after that it really leaves something to be desired, especially the title track "Eat me..." which has a very Cure "Disintegration" period sound. Honestly, considering the recent works, I expected much worse, let's say it's just enough.

Enough with these fake groups, built by money-hungry producers. But when will Italy be able to have at least two or three bands with some guts, and "a little" innovative or at least in line with the rest of the world? Never? I hope not!
