I come to you, Sfascia: the mix between Gore themes and Porno themes isn't exactly a brand new thing. Cannibal Corpse kicked things off, in a rather unamusing way, and then others followed even though it didn't initially catch on that much. Gut, a German Grindgore band, were perhaps the first to officially embrace Porno Gore. I think the genre was born when plain Gore stopped being provocative; at that point, it became necessary to take it to the extreme and, why not, inject a bit of humor into it. I haven't followed Bestial Devastation for a while; it seems they have improved, but they still remain a fairly raw Grind band. I only have their debut EP, suitable only for die-hard Carcass fans.

Hi maiden, welcome. Of course, if you have a preference for Iron, the very '80s pair of guitarists from Brutality will drive you crazy. Personally, I'm not a fan of overly retro works: to be clear, Death must remain Death, and in my opinion, Death is a nineties genre... anyway, opinions are welcome.

I agree, but why then use slashes, parentheses, etc.? I'm not so sure that’s what it means. Ess/cence? It smells fishy to me; I say there’s some other subliminal message.
