To me, the journey of Escape doesn’t evoke beaches and Baywatch-style landscapes as it does for Joe Cavalli; perhaps because I know other albums from this group that don’t have the almost-summery atmosphere of Escape at all.
Anyway, it's very nice; I don’t consider it a masterpiece (at least for now, who knows with time), but it's definitely an excellent album that has surely found its way into the hearts of many Americans. There are quite a few concert videos on YouTube, as well as normal people covering various tracks from the album and making amateur videos.

Good review, but you can't write negative adjectives about future Entombed albums like "useless, superfluous" without justifying them. I know a few tracks from this album, so I won't rate it. The songs I've listened to are truly engaging and move away from the Swedish death sound they themselves founded; in fact, they bring back a certain rock spirit.
From here, for me, the death'n'roll begins with Entombed, which has become their new trademark. Sure, maybe today they don't offer anything original, but there are other bands to take on. Entombed has always tried to evolve, contaminate, and experiment in their own way, so in my opinion, they're a band worth appreciating!

I only know the singles released on the radio and for which they made videos, and I remember that back then I enjoyed listening to them!

I don't have this album, even if it's considered by most to be their masterpiece from the fourth phase! The review is good but a bit too sparse!

I agree with what you say. The album is very enjoyable and for me it's above average, let's say a 3.5 with some truly beautiful tracks like "Working Man" and "In the Mood" that can easily compete with the pieces from Rush's later production. Rounding up (since it's Rush we're talking about), the album deserves a 4!
