But it's you who's taking it personally; I gave you a 1 and told you that you wrote a terrible review, and that’s it. Almost every review has someone who gives a 1, so I don't understand why you're acting like a jerk. Debaser is great because you can express your opinion. I didn't tell you not to write reviews; you've also received some 5s. Come on, don’t get angry. It’s you who’s getting heated and rigid in your musical tastes. I’ve never shot down what you listen to—that’s you, and the phrases in quotes I’m not taking back and they certainly don’t mean what you want them to. Bye.

last comment (I hope): the fact that your comments are idiotic is demonstrated by your desire to shift the discussion towards a sterile metal vs punk debate, which I do not want to engage in, firstly because unlike you I do not have a particular hatred for any genre, and secondly because insulting punk would also mean insulting various metal (in fact, only the ignorant compete in debates about which genre is the best, etc., etc.). Moreover, I'm not even a metalhead and I certainly don't have your black-and-white view of music; at 16 I thought like you and said that that genre was the best in the world and the rest was crap. I simply told you that I find your review disgusting and explained why. Don't worry, you also received some 5s, so as an adult, accept the criticism and move on. Bye!

alessioride, I even remembered who you are and how you were ridiculed in a previous review; you're a fool and ignorant. Alessioride, you do everything, I never talked about metal as technical music and punk as base music; it was you who in a previous review described metal as a genre made up of guys all muscles and no brains. You have the prejudices against a genre, not me. If I like Sonic Youth, how can I think that alternative music is base? People like you annoy me, not those who play with passion. Just leave it. How old are you?

Well, I find your statement quite daring to say the least (sonyc youth are better than all metal bands), but it's probably an assertion that comes from a limited knowledge of the metal scene, so I'll let that slide. As for the rest, it's a matter of taste.

don't worry pegepunk, there are those who profit from it (and not a little), of course I don't want to take away your beautiful illusions. Then look, great music remains great, even if behind it there are those who drive it and make a lot of money, so my point is not a criticism of what you listen to (I for example adore Sonic Youth). Led Zeppelin will always remain great, just like Genesis, even though there are piles of money behind it, and I assure you that the underground is also a trend, not exactly spontaneous (neither is punk), so feel free to believe in what you want, I just hope you're not one of those types who hates a band just because they can play or throw in a bit of virtuosity during the song, because often (and this bothers me about those who get stuck on this type of music) it’s the attitude of these people. It’s normal for a band that can't play four chords to remain hard and pure and far from the majors, don’t you think? No? Never mind! Peace and well!

Alessio, don't beat around the bush; my criticism was simply directed at the fact that you offend and spew hatred in a review that has nothing to do with hair metal. My subsequent responses are tainted by your stubbornness and your need to play the know-it-all. One last point: trends, all of them, are orchestrated; they are never spontaneous, especially not with a super hyped band (influential, of course, no one denies that) like Nirvana, which completed the legend with the final suicide and the millions of dollars rolling into the major labels' coffers.

Okay, I take that back, it’s not a punk review, but the point remains the same. Bye

Well, you’re really ignorant, let me tell you. What do the bands you mentioned have that’s punk? Some sound, some influence (but even thrash metal and even Iron Maiden are influenced by punk), then I specified that I don’t hate punk, but only its ideology, just like I also dislike hedonism and the exhibitionism of many bands you call hair metal. You can't manage irony, or it's just bad taste, because saying that you hate hair metal bands in a punk review only means spewing hate; that’s not irony.
