Memento has said some truly sacred things.
We must not forget the gothic of the early '90s and bands like Prong, Warrior Soul, Pro-Pain.

Bartle, you and Mista have clarified what my thoughts were (which I believe is shared by many from that generation), and I thank you.
Best regards.

Of course Axl, you haven't understood a thing of what I wanted to say.
Mine wasn't a digression about age, but about the way of being.
Anyway, yes, with your pointless insults, you are fully part of those I had in mind.
And the fact that I respond to your nonsense (when you actually talk about yourself) shows not that I am the grown-up and you are the kid, but that I am a mature person and you are an immature child.
Maturity, just to be clear, has no age limits. Goodbye.

Honestly, I find the review very trivial and overly fanatical. All this thrash, honestly, I just don’t see it. Guess how specialized magazines defined the music of Pantera back in the day? Power Metal. That's right, when there were still no dragons and fairies, according to a critique eager to label them, with this album and Cowboys From Hell, Pantera made a powerful power metal. Of course, it's a must, but to say it's the best album of the 90s, in my opinion, is just too exaggerated. The only flaw of the album is that it gave rise to a new generation of narrow-minded, fanatic metal kids who have fueled all the worst misconceptions about heavy metal.

Bono Vox and his perennial presence in front of the media annoys me too, but we can't deny that the first step towards improving things for third world countries and, by extension, for all of us, is one of his key causes, namely the cancellation of their debt. It’s no coincidence that the entire GDP of many developing countries goes solely towards paying the interest on the debt they have incurred. It’s clear that with this state of affairs, rich countries will always have poor ones on a leash (which suits them just fine), preventing them from ever growing economically and, therefore, socially and politically. So, in the end, better Bono than the charlatans who glorify war.

"Well done, lots of nice words."
Good job, your opinion is really interesting and analytically argued.

The absolute responsibility for the current state of the world, with A-list wars started by the West and ancient B-list wars that no one gives a damn about, is ours. Forget about terrorism, holy wars, and the like. The Western world benefits from this state of affairs because it allows the planet to be governed at their convenience. As an individual, I do not feel complicit in anything because I do not share the ideal of exporting democracy through war, rather than distributing Earth's resources more equitably. However, it cannot, in my view, be denied the historical responsibility of Western countries as the main architects of the evils of the entire world, and the current connivance and stagnation of those countries, which are far from not only resolving but even attempting to solve such issues.
Consider the situation in Africa, where millions of people, mostly children, die every day due to the various wars that have been dragging on since the world began (and, in many cases, fueled by Western multinationals), due to hunger, AIDS, etc. No one gives a damn. Everyone is talking (rightly so, of course) about Iraq and Palestine. I repeat, I personally am not and do not feel complicit in anything, but the blame of industrialized nations for the current state of the planet is a historical fact that, in my opinion, cannot be refuted. And those who speak of war, glorifying or justifying it, will always have my utmost contempt.

Aside from the mistake (I believe it's a typo), it doesn't seem entirely accurate to even slightly compare an artist of Staley's caliber to such a hack. After all, it doesn't seem that Layne ever incited anyone to suicide.

The video for this song is the most disgusting/funny I've ever seen.
