Well, maybe, actually, more than gruesome it’s more accurate to say disgusting.
The Naked Meal contains several, the inseparable some, I haven’t seen The Dead Zone, M. Butterfly none.
It would be pointless to dwell on all the other films, but, in fact, perhaps it’s more accurate to say "disgusting" than "gruesome."

Punisher, you are one of a kind in your exaggeration.
I’m not saying this is the greatest album of all time, but to even give it a one, to write that it’s one of the ugliest albums of the last 15 years, seems like a blatant provocation from someone who has given higher ratings to Green Day and Avril Lavigne.
Then again, I don’t know, maybe it’s just me who has a poor ear for lighter sounds, what can I say.

Bubi, this time you really missed the mark. There are millions of gruesome scenes in Cronenberg's films. I won't reveal any to avoid spoiling too much for those who want to watch them. Bye.
