Bjork, I would replace "disgust" and "pity" with "anger" and "vengeance." Trying to empathize with the parents who have had a similar experience, I believe that those would be the feelings I would have, regardless of what the pedophile went through, about which I think I wouldn't care a fig.

The review is very well written (maybe you revealed a bit too much of the plot), but I didn't really like the film that much. Its importance is undeniable, but I find it excessively slow. For pedophiles, instead of the death penalty, I would try putting them in a cell for life with some big, life-sentenced inmate who's feeling frisky. Who knows, in the end, they might even enjoy it. I'm saying this as an outsider, but I believe that if one of my children were a victim of theirs, I would prefer the death penalty for these. Better if after a few days of torture.
