Everything you said is obvious, mista.
It's clear that if I go to the Carabinieri or the prosecutor to report a guy shaving his beard, they would kick me out.
Just as it's equally clear that it's up to the judiciary to ascertain whether an act that could have some criminal relevance actually has it or not.
So, as you can see, we're saying the same thing.
Even the exemption you mentioned is up to the judiciary (or law enforcement) to determine whether it should be applied or not, don’t you think?
Don't you think it should be the judiciary that delves into the merits of such issues?
Certainly, it's not up to me.

In conclusion, I personally thought it appropriate to raise a hot topic related to what was written by someone we know who, but I never said that I was ready to report him. Instead, it seemed right to me to show others that there was a risk that someone might denounce him. With this, I close the discussion (also because there’s not much left to discuss), I repeat, if someone doesn’t like me and continues to insult me cowardly without identifying themselves, it can only slide off me, and I can calmly say goodbye to you all… Without resentment and without remorse… as good friends.

Errata corrige: add "not" to the last sentence of "dover procedere".

And finally, we come to the evidence that I should provide you, otherwise you’ll lose patience..
On this, dear Maurizio, there’s little to discuss... I don’t have to give you any evidence.
Not because I don’t want to, but simply (as everyone working in the field knows) because it’s not my place.
Unless, in fact, someone offended by the writings we are talking about, constitutes themselves as a civil party and, in that case, they would need to prove the damage that the aforementioned writing may have caused them; otherwise, it is EXCLUSIVELY the judiciary's job to ascertain whether or not there are grounds for a crime.
So, in this case, it works like this: some random guy thinks he needs to report Vic without becoming a civil party..
He does it, the judiciary (or the judicial police) investigates. At the end of the investigations, either the accused is referred to trial or the proceeding is archived because it is deemed that there is no need to proceed.

One last thought about your previous posts... come on, Maurì, admit it, you wrote a big nonsense about grandparents... and it’s coming from someone who could be younger than me...
I'm sorry, but it's really a childish nonsense that doesn't match the tone of your subsequent posts, which instead show a person you can talk to calmly, even if very contradictory.

As promised, Maurizio, I'm writing to you quickly...
I must tell you, however, in all honesty, that your fervent and chronologically irrelevant defense of Vic somewhat surprises me...

Well, Maurì, you would agree with me that your sudden change is at least suspicious and I can assure you that, from the conversations we had, you weren't joking...
Don't you think that all this is incompatible with your impatience regarding the phantom evidence that I should provide you?

Before writing my thoughts on the matter, Maurizio (which unfortunately will happen later since I'm leaving), I have a question for you...
Does this seem like a good reason to sink into a series of personal insults, I repeat, from someone who doesn't even have the courage to identify themselves?
Does this seem like a "democratic" way to proceed?
Please give me a convincing answer...
If everything is intentionally done to make me leave the portal, just tell me clearly and I'll gladly take my leave.

With someone like you, however, I'm happy to engage since you're the only inauthentic one who hasn't offended me in a cowardly and stupid way.

Maurizio, you have no idea how far you are from the truth if you even remotely associate me with Berlusconi. I respect what you write, but do you really think I'm a sheriff? If you knew me even a little, you wouldn't hesitate to answer no. The review of Sorriso initially made me laugh, but then it irritated me quite a bit, and since I had recently dealt with the law mentioned, it seemed relevant to the specific case. Then I can be harshly criticized, and that would be fair, but I do NOT accept being offended for no reason... let that be clear; otherwise, I could also go from review to review hiding behind anonymity and heavily insulting (which I have NEVER done).

Anyway, Vin, if you’re interested in the Amorphis discussion, in addition to the reviewed album, I highly recommend you get the following "Elegy," which features a variety of vocals, better production, and unmissable gems like the title track, "My Kantele," and "Weeper on the Shore."
