Rosemary's Baby is great too, but Burns, the others really suck, especially when you compare them to Shining. Let's not throw out horror films randomly to show we're not limited, please!

Mamma burns, I’m sorry but many of the movies you mentioned are really terrible for my taste and they don't even come close to the beauty of Shining and The Exorcist. Gli inseparabili, La casa dalle finestre che ridono, Cannibal Holocaust, Buio Omega, for example, make me sick. And then, to be precise, the last two films don't really relate much to classic horror, but are splatter and splatter makes me nauseous. Suspiria and The Thing, on the other hand, are excellent films. I would also add Inferno, Il seme della follia, and Dagon, la mutazione del male.

Okay, I may have heard it, but apart from "Singing in the Rain," which Alex was humming while smashing the phallic statue against that poor woman's body, I don’t remember any of the other songs at all.. ;)
