Damn! I downloaded Black Black in .rar, then I opened it and found some .mpc files (what the hell are "mpc" files???) does anyone know how I can convert them into regular mp3 or wav etc etc (okay, I know I should buy the album but I’m broke right now, be kind...)

Sanjù, in my opinion The Beauty Process is superb! Sure, it might belong to the "downward" phase of L7 (by the way, what happened to them? Are they still playing?) but it’s infused with an incredible 60s fury and is marked by garage-punk episodes that are absent from their other albums—or at least less focused... it’s the soundtrack of an amazing summer (damn, what year was it? 96? 97? Who knows... anyway)

great review! great taste and expertise in the arrangements in Life (pop gem) and in the penultimate Long Gone Before Daylight which may not be "magnificent" (at least for me) but has definitely been underrated and snubbed by most. p.s. the singer, Nina, is the queen of blowjobs... nothing compared to Liz Phair.
