Absolutely agree with you, Enea! From "Protection" down - one of the most beautiful songs ever, and damn recurrent in the love stories that matter... - the 'difference' is quite evident (perhaps with the exception of Karmacoma), but the concept of "female special guest" extends far beyond Massive Attack: it's always fitting! In other words: "Women! The knife grinder has arrived!" ...

Dear Fabio, I suppose you are the same person who wrote those 4 lines (which, to me, raised a spontaneous feeling of repulsion, but I think I've already told you that) about "Grace" by Jeff Buckley. Revenge, terrible revenge? Perhaps not, I want to believe that the world is beautiful because it is varied, that you really listened to this album and that very honestly you shared your thoughts on my "review." Thank you for stopping by... au revoir.

Well, at the time it WAS really the best doom album ever composed! Great band nonetheless, then they lost their edge and got overly pinkfloydized...

I don't know.. it's strange - I mean, probably perfectly normal - that there are such discordant judgments on the same work. I stand by my 4 stars because the album enchanted me, but I would love for someone to elaborate more and better on their negative judgment: to understand, out of my curiosity. [Aside from Caz, who I would strangle with my own hands if I crossed him! "There’s a sympathy between us! There’s a sympathy if you all want it!"]

oh Norvheim, this doesn't really relate, but I went to check out your reviews and Anathema popped up; I thought they weren’t even "considered" on debaser, not even remotely, but there they were! At 16, I had a band where we covered The Silent Enigma!!! what an album, what a bunch of people... :-)

Yes, Tonight's Decision for both pieces -I went to the link to the official site that you provided-. I know very little about Katatonia, but that album is beautiful!
