The film is spectacular; unfortunately, we all know the ending, even though we like to imagine him still "behind the" (Guccini quote) bar in Mexico waiting for his Naturelle to reach him! The father/son dialogues are devastating in my opinion, the impotence of the former and the frustration of the latter. The "fuck you" scene in front of the mirror is legendary, but we should write a book to include everything!
