"The best should be Ten, meaning the one with the most hits," and I don't agree with Lewis either who says they could have stopped after Ten. I am one of the few great admirers of No-Code, which I consider their most mature album. The remaining 4 albums are a bit flat, with some moments of inspiration. Making a collage of the best tracks and putting them together in one album would have perhaps been the best choice. In any case, I quite like given to fly as well.

What kind of review is that? Fire engine is the song that made me discover them. It's totally awesome!

The beginning of the end (in my opinion). After the experiments that started with Vitalogy and continued with No Code, they devolved into a more classic and profitable guitar-heavy rock with anonymous ballads. To be fair, they still reach a passing grade, but in my opinion, the album is far from the levels of the previous ones. There will be a further decline with the subsequent Binaural (terrible in my opinion) and Riot Act (a bit better than Binaural). Then they conclude with "Pearl Jam," which is a carbon copy of "Ten" made 15 years later with all the flaws you'd expect. A brief review for a brief album.

Price was a "DRAGON" and not a "grade" with the guitar.

ah by the way: the comparison with Price is really daring. I don't like Prince and Jackson but. Prince was skilled with the guitar (something this doll can only dream of), he wrote his own songs and some have gone down in music history. And besides, even though I don’t like him, he really knew how to handle funk. Jackson was an innovator in his own way. I would give him a 1 all my life because I hate pop but he still changed music (for the worse).

Thank you for the response. I hope I didn't come off as arrogant, but when I see certain people (I mean Timberlake) breaking into the entertainment world, it gives me chills and I feel bad for all the great artists who spend part of their lives in a studio trying to pull a rabbit out of a hat. But maybe they just don’t have Timberlake’s pretty face. Anyway, yes, the environment here is a bit snobby, but aside from some "posers," many are true music lovers and live their passion for music, which leads to harsh, critical, and often disdainful judgments. In any case, my musical culture has grown enormously since I arrived here. Use the site as an opportunity to discover things you would NEVER know otherwise. Bye.

@Jamie. Giving this one a 5 means that he hasn't listened to much music at all. I'd like an explanation from you too. I believe that "our hero" barely knows the difference between a C# and a C#7. But maybe I'm the one who's biased. This isn't music, he doesn't write anything, he doesn't write lyrics, he doesn't compose music, he can't sing, he's not an artist, he's nothing! And we fools who follow him. The Baggles were right: Video kills the radio stars.

@Ghemison: honestly, I don't understand your defense of Timberwolf saying it's not to be thrown away, that it has great production and blah, blah blah, and then you give a direct hit to Radiohead dismissing "in rainbows" as "shit." Now, let's acknowledge that everyone can have their own tastes, and let's acknowledge that Timberland is just a pretty face... please, explain to me what you're thinking. Your position comes across as faux-anti-anti-alternative. Please change my mind with some valid arguments. ;)
