ordered sight unseen along with the offlaga (always bringing these two groups along with me, must be a coincidence ;). It arrives tomorrow. I didn’t like Charlie too much, I have to admit, but I have a soft spot for them and for Bianconi, who sometimes says things in ways that just blow my mind. Even though the review is track by track, I liked you this way: concise and precise. Then you mention 'Beethoven or Chopin' and it gives me hope. One of the most moving pieces I remember ever hearing.

The sadness lies in the fact that they take them to watch these little movies, my little brother too, with all this crap... the days are far away when even as a teenager in high school they would show me those life-changing films like La tregua, L'ottavo giorno, Schindler's List, Platoon, Saving Private Ryan, Underground... but well, we had a Marine principal, it was a whole different story; we walked around with hand grenades in our pockets, not with cell phones.
