I preferred Pride and Prejudice instead (I love Jane Austen's book), it made me anxious... but beautiful nonetheless. Two scenes stand out: when she strips and plunges into the fountain, and the scene of them standing together in front of the library in the library. Keira in that green dress is stunning. Expert opinion: there’s a name for shooting a scene with the camera that never cuts, all in one go, like in the part when they arrive on the beach with all the other soldiers? That moment is very intense. Well done, desade, compliments for the choices and the writing.

Boniiii, you make me feel so emotional! :D I'm in a phase of tears from all these five stars and all these compliments... anyway, listen and believe. This music could really turn into a movie, or maybe it's just me living it. Who knows? :). I didn’t mention it, but it’s all completely recorded in Italy. My bows and applause to Dustin. Thank you all, I'm very happy.

Splendid. The broke writer and the beautiful, fragile ballerina, the languid Paris of the turn of the century, the best of Toulouse-Lautrec, the parties, the dances, the Belle Époque, the glittering costumes, breathtaking sets (if I’m not mistaken, they won the Oscar), and then the spectacular reimagined soundtrack... the interpretation of 'Roxanne' is one of the most emotional moments I remember when jealousy overcomes everything. I had this idea in my head for a while; you did a good job, I would have added a bit of sparkle for Ewan :)

Good job, I noticed they were missing too. I don't know them too well except that I've always had a soft spot for I go to sleeeeep sleeeep.. (I admit it, it's cheesy and heartstring-tugging!!)

Since I finished "Le Rouge et le Noir" by Stendhal, I felt the urge to read Laclos, but I've always been held back by the epistolary form of the work. Philosophy and romantic entanglements in period settings – how can one resist?
