Bravo, finally! This is a good album even though I personally preferred Absolute Dissent. But that’s just a matter of taste. What can I say about the immense Killing Joke? These are unshakeable bands, people who have created great music and continue to do so. This year I saw them live in Rome for the first time, during the MMXII tour.
Exceptional live. Jaz Coleman has this shamanic power that keeps you glued to him; he devours you with his gaze and you can’t take your eyes off him. I don’t even need to tell you what happened when Love Like Blood started...

I also remember negative opinions about this album here on deb, but I also recall how much I liked it. Thank you for bringing this album back to light. Please Don't Take My Sunshine Away was and still is beautiful!

I've been listening to them since the beginning, and in my opinion, this is where Raina has given her best. There's not a single track that I don't like or that seems boring or trivial. It's a really great album and it's their most pop and accessible record, more immediate in my view, and it would be wonderful if all the pop they throw at us sounded like this...

I don't know why you criticize it so harshly. But I've been following Mark Lanegan for a long time now, and I couldn't hold back my opinion. Apart from a momentary hesitation, I can tell you that I find the album beautiful and intense. It's not at the level of his past work, but it's really good. Maybe you don't accept these electronic incursions, but come on, one can't just blast an entire album simply because it doesn't meet their expectations. Come on guys... Anyway, let it flow, turn it on in the car when it rains, when you're driving angry, when you're thinking about someone waiting for you at home or who is far away. It's a mantra. It's Lanegan, it's a remedy. Amen, brothers!
