Of course not... let’s say it was in a way veeeeeery potential... actually, I started having the first symptoms of suspicion as soon as she revealed the identity of her idol… damn, since then the first thing I ask all the girls I meet is whether they listen to Biagio Antonacci or Gigi D'Alessio!!... he he!!! Anyway, I had the idea of writing a review like this a while ago... a concrete event was the final push, but even without it, I would have written it anyway!!!

In reality, Fidia, upon reflecting a bit on it, I agree with you on the subjectivity of a sharp and drastic opposition between male and female infidelity. Perhaps it is more logical to think of a certain relativism that, as such, transcends the sexes to find its roots in individual personal constitution. However, it is undeniable that a certain diversity between the two sexes exists: now this diversity inevitably cannot help but reverberate even in the approach to the world of eros. Tendentially, women betray with a different depth than men. Of course, concrete cases can absolutely overturn the perspective (which, in any case, is still influenced by cultural and environmental factors), but in principle, I can't shake off the idea of the differences in approach between the two sexes. As for Jetto... no, you understood perfectly... I am a man, but I pretended that the review was narrated by an imaginary (so to speak...) fan of Biagio...!!!

Your speech is profoundly true, dear Fidia... and in part it also hits the mark... however, what triggered it was more of a kind of "anathema" against a specific type of woman... Generally speaking, I wanted to say that the most pernicious women are those who, more than any other, hide behind a false respectability... However, regarding your "hyperbolic doubt" about the different treatment between men and women, I believe it lies in the very diversity of the sexes. Women, unlike men, should tend more generally towards a kind of "conservatism"... and this is why, in my opinion, a similar behavior in men is, so to speak, sublimated based on their being by definition "roaming"... In short (and not to be misogynistic), of the two betrayals, the feminine one is undoubtedly loaded with more disgrace compared to the masculine one... the first is always much more "felt" than the second, and consequently carries with it a tendency for greater disgrace. The discussion should then extend to the legitimization of monogamy and so on, up to all the doubts that pervade Western sexual morality... in short, well beyond the inputs of Biagio Antonacci...!!! :-)

Evaluation and music companion... I just published a very harsh invective against Biagio Antonacci... but the evil dwarfs shot it down right away, archiving it soon after... Whenever you feel like it, jump over to that side (you can find it on my de Baser homepage, along with all the others..) and let me know what you think!!!!

I mean... evil Narnia... but at least you could have kept my review for at least 3 seconds... or was it really that "uncomfortable"?

...in the last citation, I was referring to "Beethoven's last night..."...a platter with an elitist flavor...from what I gather, few know it...better this way...!!!

Indeed, I confirm it too, even though albums like "Dead Winter Dead" or "The Wake of Magellan," when you think about it, are albums of considerable respect... Anyway, "Streets" is truly a great album... intertwined songs, many of which are poignant, give rise to an album with an almost prog flavor... The last song, "Believe," is by far the most beautiful song of the band. Keep an eye on Zak's new band, "Circle II Circle," and Jon Oliva's new band, "Jon Oliva's Pain," and especially for those who love grand orchestral sounds "all'americana"... "Trans-Siberian Orchestra" and especially the last night of the deaf German musician before Mephistopheles... an absolute masterpiece... "Streets" is truly the "Diary of Madman" by Savatage... what a pity...

Dear Observer.. as you might have been able to "observe" by scrolling through the above.. I have nothing against criticism, as long as it's constructive... On the other hand, I consider votes given just to trash my review as completely pointless... Especially when, in a case like this, my intention was to speak in a predominantly "serious" manner about an artist and his latest work.. I could understand it otherwise in my other reviews (like those of Belinda Carlisle or Pantera or Genesis.. or, soon, when it arrives, that of Biagio Antonacci..) written just for enjoyment or simply to provoke... but in a review like this, I only accept "serious" comments...!!
