It's true, Jetto... the 1995 album is also the farewell of the Man in Black to the world of hard rock progression... even though I've never listened to anything from "his" Blackmore's Night... I don't believe that the last Blackmore embodies what I would really want to listen to... (in any case, I like Folk music... and yet the idea that it's coming from someone like Blackmore unsettles me quite a bit...)

In fact... I also wanted to write it down... but perhaps, unconsciously, the analogy I clumsily thought of between the two comes precisely from their sexual inversion (it's a technical term, not discriminatory...).

Well, it's true... there’s something between the elf and Freddie... maybe I'm wrong, but the timbre of the two singers could vaguely resemble each other... In any case, Freddie's is definitely stronger and higher compared to Ronnie's. However, both share the "conservation" factor... I'm sure that if he were still alive, Mercury would now have a voice very similar to that of his early days... what a shame..!!!!

No Fidia, in my opinion, Tate from Rage for Order can compete quite well with Halford from the '80s (perhaps not the '70s, though... that was truly superior)... By the way... some time ago, I don't know why, but I found some resemblance between Freddie Mercury's voice and Rob Halford's... Yes, I know, at first glance it might seem like a totally outlandish comparison... but upon closer inspection, I believe there are some characteristics of their voices in common... what do you think?

..dearest, (Fidia, I wonder what you think about my initiative...), I’ve put the idea out there... anyway, I confirm my availability...!! Regarding the House of Lords, I must say that, in truth, I only got their debut vinyl a couple of years ago... A noteworthy supergroup where a touch of commercial appeal has managed to merge with songs that are never predictable yet incredibly catchy. It somewhat reminds me of the latest work by Rainbow, if you think about it, "Bent Out of Shape"....

It has certainly been... it's evident that now he has lost that voice... but in the golden days, he had nothing to envy to Gillan or Halford of times gone by...

...I believe so too.. in fact, if you take a look around the web (as I'm sure I would have), you can verify that some online magazines (or even the printed ones) do not have top-notch reviewers.. Of course, there are certainly some talented ones out there, but some reviews on this site (including a few by Vic sorriso, why not..) are clearly superior compared to other "official" ones.. Sure, many of our reviews (including mine, not hiding it) have probably been written en vole, that is, on the fly (or at most after a modest effort in elaboration).. but I'm convinced that if one were to spend a little more time and research a bit more about the work being reviewed, the results would really be "market-worthy"!!!!

...but it's not a silly idea....(not the one about Vic's artistic supervision, of course!!) :-)

..I wanted to say that we could create a metal site or an online magazine....with the artistic supervision of Vic Sorriso!!!
