...And to think that a few years ago it was me who was "throwing around judgments randomly" on this site. Great album.
The Sisters Of Mercy Some Girls Wander By Mistake

I'm not a fan of best ofs, except when they're collections of singles or tracks that aren't placed within an album context (whether it's a concept album or not). Very nice review, full of insights and delightful quotes (Hegel among them :))
Thank you.

Batman is not from Marvel.
Franco Battiato Caffè De La Paix

The album is magnificent.
The consideration on Lode all'inviolato is interesting. In what sense does Live become a masterpiece? And which live are you referring to? The "electric" live à la soffio al cuore (O Cura live) or the acoustic one (for example, the last promotional one for Fleurs 2?)? Let me know.

I liked it too... unlike this review, which goes around in circles a bit too much, a flaw that almost all negative reviews fall into.
Premiata Forneria Marconi A.D. 2010 - La Buona Novella
Voto:
The review is beautiful, the album is magnificent. Huge PFM. As long as they milk "like this" from Faber, they can keep going as long as they want, because it's a masterpiece.
David Bowie The Buddha of Suburbia
Voto:
Well, let's say it was a significant step forward for the true masterpiece of Bowie’s maturity, namely 1. Outside.
Great point about the often underrated Tin Machine.
The ENO-ness of the Berlin trilogy returns, or rather, Berlin is back :)
Nice review, great album.

Great album... I remember it was hard to find in Italy and I bought it in Germany during a quick visit... Amazing Eric... amazing.

Yes, in the meantime we can kiss each other's asses in 3D, since if nothing else, it is saving cinema, which, until three years ago, had its head in the oven. The inability to replicate the three-dimensional experience in any commercial format means that certain things can only be seen in theaters. Wasn't this the insight of the Lumières?
Is cinema in crisis? Damn, do you think you've said the news of the century? It has been in crisis for years, decades; in fact, if I had to tell you exactly what I think, it's that in my opinion, cinema began its large decline with the advent of sound. So I don't think of myself as a "progressive"; on the contrary.
But honestly, I am tired of this bumbling bourgeoisification that, at the expense of "traditional" populism (so in vogue until a few years ago), is dismissing good works as trash just because they are deemed "mainstream" or nonsense like that.
Did 3D hurt your eyes? You must have been given faulty glasses. The film's plot is predictable (it's like Pocahontas 2: The Revenge), but the audiovisual effects are fantastic. The review is a banal, superficial, and conformist horror.
