I don’t know, they seem stoner to me. Maybe much more of a bunch of jokers than the average colleagues (and jokers in a different way compared to the 'manchu), but still traceable to that certain genre. I'll tell you, among these cheerful jokers I prefer Bagged and Boarded. I would definitely call them stoner; they have those lysergic moments, even though you never really know if they’re just messing with you or if it’s a serious part. Somewhere I heard them referred to as a stoned Beck on ganja and Kyuss, but in my opinion, the only fitting description is a jokey, stoner Rob Crow (with a hint of doom). Fun, a 3.5 for the album in question is totally appropriate, maybe just a bit more than the predecessor. 4.5 for the review.

The first thing I listened to by the Pixies. And what a thing it is.
(Although maybe Surfer Rosa is a tad better, and the release of Surfer Rosa + Come on Pilgrim is from another planet).
